HOW THE SERVICE WORKS
We collect servers, storage, networking equipment, desktops, and laptops from business sites. Collections are scheduled around site access and loading requirements, with ownership, pricing, and transfer details documented before pickup.
Inventory services include serial-number capture, collection records, and reconciliation of the equipment received. Transfer records document handoffs, while missing items and other discrepancies are recorded for follow-up.
Data-bearing devices receive the sanitization or destruction treatment specified for the project. The service includes method selection, verification, results reporting, and follow-up for failed or unsupported devices.
Suitable hardware is assessed for resale after its data requirements have been met. Equipment that cannot be reused is routed for recycling, with the processing route and final records specified in your service agreement.
